At its core, The Sommelier features a dual-grill system combining the Blaze LTE 32-inch grill and the TrueFlame 32-inch grill, delivering professional multi-zone cooking and infrared rotisserie performance for flawless grilling results. Two high-performance built-in power burners provide a combined 120,000 BTUs of high-heat cooking power, ideal for wok cooking, boiling, frying, and large-batch preparation.
