Refund policy

At Designing Backyards, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

• How to Start: Email support@designingbackyards.com with your order number and product name. A Return Label will be provided once your return is approved.

• Timeframe: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

• Cost: Free returns within 30 days. No returns are accepted after this period. 15% restocking fee to be paid by customer. We will cover any shipping costs.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not marked as final sale.

Refunds - Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
