• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the order, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to scheduling delivery.
• Shipping & Taxes: All outdoor kitchen orders include complimentary shipping and are exempt from sales tax.
• Cancellations & Returns: Kitchen structure orders cannot be cancelled once production commences. Appliance orders may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
• Warranty: Includes a lifetime warranty on both the kitchen structure and appliances. Please contact us for full coverage details.
